combustion engine's efficiency and power output by forcing extra air
into the combustion chamber.

Turbocharger uses exhaust stream for its energy, that run through a
turbine that itself spain the compressor. while Supercharger uses
crankshaft for its energy and produces power for engine.
2. Turbocharge is not directly connected to the engine. while Supercharger is directly connected with the engine through a belt.
3. Turbocharge has smog altering equipment that lower the carbon emission. while Supercharger doesn't have a waste gate. so, the smog emits from a supercharger.
